Beginner: Ages 7 - 9 years Boys & Girls

The Beginner level is designed for athletes looking to develop fundamental basketball skills, as well as a basic understanding of the game. Skills learned include:

  • Dribbling with Both Hands

  • Ball Control and Playing Posture

  • Core Shooting Principles

  • Footwork and Body Control

  • Passing and Receiving

Beginner Skills Clinic | 12-week session

Lil Hoopers: Ages 4 - 6 years Boys & Girls

Get your little athlete started on the right foot with our fun and engaging 12-week introductory basketball program! Designed for kids ages 4-6, this class teaches the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, and shooting through exciting games and activities. Our goal is to help young players build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game in a supportive and energetic environment. Join us and let the fun begin!

Intermediate: Ages 10 - 12 years Boys & Girls

The Intermediate classes will reinforce core fundamentals while introducing new skills to take their game to the next level. Skills learned include:

  • Ball Handling in Straight Lines and Changing Directions

  • Finishing Around-the-Rim (wide variety of 1 & 2 foot finishes)

  • Shooting (Form, Mechanics, and Efficiency from all levels)

  • Offensive Footwork (for all areas of the floor)

  • Real Game Application

Intermediate Skills Clinic | 12-Week Session

  • Includes: 4 basketball sessions per week | TSA T-Shirt & Jump Bag | Personalized Skills Development Tracker

    1 performance session per week (Includes Speed, Jumping, Strength, and Agility)
